 Description of Functions
Print Serials: This function allows users to print the serial numbers associated to an invoice. When you sale your products, sometimes you prefer to give your customer a list of the serial numbers you are selling with the invoice. This will help your customer to identify the corresponding invoice when returning a product to you if it is defective.

Add New RMA: When you receive merchandise back from your customers, you have to check if it was you that sold it (you have it in your database) and if the product is still under warranty. Serialex will determine both automatically just typing or scanning the serial number of the returned product. It will inform you the exact model, supplier, bill and bill date as specified when storing it at buying time. Serialex will create an RMA number and print a form to give to your customer for control. Serialex also allows you to receive merchandise that is not in the database and still keep track of them.

RMA Search: Perform RMA searches using different parameters. Find the RMA's related to one customer and minimize the resuls selecting between 'Pending' and 'Closed' on the RMA status. Select even using the receiving date of the products.

RMA Lookup: Get the information related to one specific RMA, showing all the products in it. You can also check the status of any particular product on the RMA. It will show if it has been send to the supplier, received from it or replaced to the customer.

Reports: Serialex brings you a variety of reports that will allow you to handle the information of your RMA's more efficiently and more quickly, helping you to take care of your customers, that are the most important aspect of your business.
You can select from Re-printing and RMA to list the products pending to be received from your supplier. And you can display the reports on your screen.

Customers: Customers module will allow you to add new customers and/or modify information about existing customers, including email addresses, phone numbers, etc..

Your Company: You will be able to change the information of your company including your address, phone and fax numbers, email address and website. You can also switch languages at any time between english and spanish without having to reinstall. Company cannot be changed once the program is registered because it is asociated to your registration number. To make changes to your company name, you need to contact Tech Support.
